inherit
Sid Milliron

parental guidance market crash
addictions fall in blood’s lap
sop it up or break tradition
cracked door no inhibition
full frontal lobe exposure
light leak the vein holes
project use onto my life
drain me, i’ll make it right
easiest thing to decide
perpetual catch up in hindsight
birthed from breeding jones’
this inherit high is all we know
after all theres no place like home

i saw it
it hurt
i did it
it hurt
i abused it
it hurt
i lost you
it hurt
i became it
it hurt

wash rinse repeat
pass it on down
wash rinse repeat
watch the family drown

Sid Milliron is a multidisciplinary artist based out of Wyben, Massachusetts. They use the visual medium of collage and illustration to convey their singular worldview, one that captures an image that is equally dystopian and violent as it is fragile and full of beauty. Images of depravity often contrasted with graceful portraits or the hopeful nostalgia of times past create a cathartic and apocalyptic portrayal of our world. Outside of visual mediums, Sid writes poetry and music that builds upon the themes of their visual work, having a long history with DIY music scene local to Western Massachusetts.
